What's Included in a Home Inspection
EXTERIOR - grounds, sidewalks, driveway, foundation, siding, porches, decks, roof covering and condition, chimney, gutters, skylights, patios, vegetation too close to the house.

There are five simple tips that a home owner should know about a window air conditioner. One - Tilt the unit towards the ground so the condensate water can drain out of the a/c pan. Two - Make sure the area between the a/c unit and the window frame is sealed well so insects can't penetrate into the house. Three - Clean the filter once a month when the unit is in service.
